costs.

High rate of missed detection by manual inspection

Black dots,white dots, blue dots and other defective points in red and orange fabrics are not easily identified by the naked eye.

2. Software Features

Automatic defect marking, conveyor start-stop control, detection of defects warning and other

touch operation instead of mouse operation, more humane.

3. Algorithm

Compared with the traditional machine learning algorithm, the deep learning algorithm we use is based on the YOLO series algorithm as the theoretical basis, and the target detection algorithm is self-developed and deeply optimized for the leather fabric inspection scene. Through the learning of massive leather fabric defect data, the SOTA model obtained has the characteristics of strong anti-interference,   high detection rate, low false detection and leakage detection rate, and fast detection speed.
